It consists of luxury tents with finely embroidered canopies, luxurious bathrooms and private walled gardens for guests who seek palacial comfort in the midst of the picturesque scenery of the national park.

TULI TIGER RESORT , KANHA NATIONAL PARK , M.P

The 5 Star resort situated in the buffer zone of kanha national park is designed by the architectural firm Nashine Associates , Nagpur headed by Architect Sukumar Nashine. It has a natural lake created in its boundary which extends 80,000 square meters and adjacent to a rivulet which meets the main river called Banjar at a distance of about 100 meters.
The basis for the project was the supposition that guests would visit the resort seeking experiences that were radically different from those of their normally stressful daily lives
The identity of the jungle is carved into the resort, using a design idiom that focused on colour and material native to the villages nearby. The resort provides village ambience, tastefully environment interiors and exterior lifestyle.

STATION ROAD FLYOVER AND PASSENGER AMINITY CENTRE,NAGPUR

The flyover and passenger amenity centre is designed at Nashine Associates,Nagpur headed by Architect Sukumar Nashine.The project is conceived as one way flyover (grade separating ramp). The concept came because of non availability of free land in front of Nagpur Railway Station for passenger amenity. The project includes 175 shops, public toilets and parking area.Three Lanes have been elevated to provide amenity arcade to serve to the passengers traveling by train and bus .
This 1 km long flyover is the only flyover of its kind that accommodates shops below. The facade is so designed to match the heritage of Nagpur Railway Station.

HOTEL ANS INTERNATIONAL , RAIGARH

The Ans international designed by Architect Sukumar Nashine amids the industrial town of Jindal steel-Raigarh in Chattisgarh. Conceived on the theme of a castle Ans International is a 60 room 4 star facility hotel serving to the expanding Raigarh city buisness clientele.
The hotels charisma is derived from the fusion between traditional architecture and warm innovative interior decoration, all set of by its exceptional position in a picturesque landscape of the Raigarh city.
It has a 8 storey atrium lobby having bottom 3 floors as public space and upper 6 floors as guest rooms.The hotel is a new interpretation of the traditional model but one that adapts to the area’s dizzying demand for hotels, as well as to the needs of contemporary travelers in search of some place authentic with its own unique character. In this sense the Ans International continues in the tradition of typical village character,but at the same time incorporates new materials and technology that attract visitors to make hotel a special place.

HOTEL BABYLON INTERNATIONAL ,RAIPUR

The hotel is designed at Nashine Associates,Nagpur headed by Architect Sukumar Nashine, this magnificient hotel is located in the city of Raipur.The hotel offers a smart alternative to the tumult of the capital city of chattisgarh state. The hotels architecture is strongly influenced by the rich cultural heritage of the Mesopotamian civilization. Large lobby, fountains, emblems, halls without pillars at the centre, banquet halls, gardens, and its outer structure reflects the wonders of the Babylonian architecture. The plan of the hotel includes 71 rooms, 11 suites, banquet hall, conference hall, board rooms, restaurant, and discotheque.
The rooms have a attached terrace overlooking the entrance of the hotel and the interiors have been designed with a very clear intention of creating a comfortable atmosphere blending with the theme of the hotel.
